This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and ADAPPTATION LTD ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your use of the Qreader mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

ADAPPTATION LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may not sublicense, lease, rent, loan, or distribute the App to any third party.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
Use the App in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Distribute, sell, lease, license, or sublicense the App to any third party.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App, including all updates, improvements, and modifications, is and will remain the property of ADAPPTATION LTD. All content, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials within the App are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that no rights, title, or interest in or to the App is transferred to you, except for the limited license granted under this Agreement.

4. Updates and Modifications

ADAPPTATION LTD may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, and bug fixes to improve the App’s functionality or security. These updates may be installed automatically without prior notification. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised version of the App and any changes to this Agreement.

5. Privacy

By using the App, you acknowledge that ADAPPTATION LTD may collect, store, and use certain data about your usage of the App, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle your data and your rights regarding such information.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. ADAPPTATION LTD reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and delete all copies of the App in your possession.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ADAPPTATION LTD provides the App "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions, nor do we warrant the accuracy or reliability of any content provided through the App.

In no event shall ADAPPTATION LTD, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid for accessing the App.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ADAPPTATION LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of this Agreement or your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.

10. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ADAPPTATION LTD concerning the App and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
